Terms and Conditions Link – Send to new tab?

Is it possible to have the link to the terms and conditions link to a new tab, as opposed to loading in the current tab/window? It would be preferable if the user didn’t have to re-enter all the information after clicking the T&C link.

If you use this code at GD > Design > Listings > Terms and Conditions Content, then it should open in a new window or tab, depending on the user’s preferences:
```
Please accept <a target="_blank" href="/terms-page">terms and conditions</a>
```
First create your terms page and then use the URL in the above code.
