The map disappeared from my website

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    I had the free version and then I upgraded to the full version with all add-on. This is when things went wrong. I can see the “popular places” but the bottom section where the map used to be is gone. I can’t fix that. Can anybody help?
