The Shop page of woocommerce is no working with Directory Starter Theme

    Hi,

    Since the last update of Woocommerce 3.3.0 the Shop page is not working in the Directory Starter theme.

    Another pages of WC are OK! Products, products detail, categories, all of then are working good.

    https://caraguaweb.com.br/loja/ … links of the products in the widget “Ofertas” at sidebar are ok.

    Many things are changed in woocommerce lasts updates. Some tables structure are update too.

    Someone can check and help?!

    Hello,

    Have you tried quickly switching themes to check the page in a different theme?

    You can make a private reply and we can try that for you, just include your admin site credentials so we can login and check.

    Hello,

    I have checked all the settings and I cannot find the issue; I will flag this for the developers to take a look today if possible, or Monday when they return to the office.

    Just a heads up that the latest version of WooCommerce was withdrawn due to incompatibilities with some themes.

    Hi Stiofan,

    I was running WC 3.3.0, and that version had a issue yha afect many themes. Exists a pre-relased version 3.3.1, but i prefer do the downgrade to WC 3.2.6, and is working fine.

    I aks to WC supports if Start Directory theme is in the list of themes that they will check, looks the pic of the answer:

    Start Directory theme will need to add support for WC 3.3, if it doesn’t already. Not the other way around.

    Hi, Me again,

    I was found more issues at Directory Starter theme and the last WooCommerce update (3.3.1):

    1. The Sidebar WooCommerce are not loading. WordPress are getting the content from Sidebar Blog;
    2. Category pages are not working.

    I do a test with WC 3.3.1 and now rollback to 3.2.6 that is compatible ans stable.
