The search bar is showing by default on virtual pages

    It seems to me that the listing search bar is showing by default under the menu row by default on the Virtual pages, search, detail, etc.

    Even have inserted into widget areas for the virtual pages a search bar, and it is showing up twice since it seems to be inserted by default.

    This is an issue since it is showing up in places I am not convinced it is needed, and would like to disable so it does not show in that location, but cant figure out how to get it to stop showing.

    – After playing with it, it looks like it is taking the search bar that I inserted into the GD homepage widget area and applying that to all widget areas for virtual pages (top gd homepage widget area).

    flagged this for Stiofan, it seems to be a bug with Multi News we never noticed before.

    This should be fixed, it wasn’t a bug, but you had the compatibility plugin enabled. Since a couple of versions is no longer necessary, I’ve asked to the theme dev to note it in his plugin page, but he never replied.

    I’ll try to remind him to write down that it is no longer needed.

    Ok, I thought you had done that with all the compatibility plugins, but since it was a new theme and when I open the admin it gives a notice saying “The following recommended plugin is currently inactive: GeoDirectory – Multinews Theme Compatibility.” I enabled it. Now i will delete it and ignore the message.
