    hello, I bought the theme framework and in the download section dumped me 2 zip file (I guess geodiectory_framework is the theme) while gdf_child is it?

    Hi Andrea,

    That’s correct, just copy both folders into wp-content/theme/ and use the child theme(gdf_child) provided.

    But everything changed the topic ……. even pictures on the home, there is no longer the search form. how do I put the home as before?

    paul had assured me that it would not change anything, while essentially everything changed. You can kindly help to revive the will of my current website graphics but with the new theme?

    Hi Andrea,

    I’ve just checked your Website and it looks like you’ve reverted to the Supreme Directory theme. Can I change it back to GD framework so that I could take a better look at it?

    I’ve just checked your Website and I’d like you to know that you have to reinsert some of the widgets to the “GD Home Top Section” as shown in this screenshot http://prntscr.com/dr3c9h . Then use the GDF option to customize the color of your Website as shown in this screenshot http://prntscr.com/dr3dln . Unfortunately, we do not offer hands on assistance with modifying themes which falls outside the scope of what we offer for support.

    no just the translations that are theme specific.

    You didn’t ask if anything else would change, because otherwise I would have replied that widgets and menus are theme specific and changing theme always force you to put them back in place.

    As Kor explained though. It takes a few minutes.

    Even with Supreme I had to step in and basically setup everything for you.

    The problem here isn’t English, but a very limited knowledge of how WordPress works and how to build a website with it. As I said previously, you should hire a professional to help you out.

    If you wish to get a refund for GDF just let us know and we will provide it.

    I attached put conversations where it appears that I was told that would not change anything. I did prevantivamente these questions precisely because I know wordpress and I know that changing a theme I should also change other parameters and considering that this site is not a showcase site but it is quite complex and you definitely do not want us five minutes, I wanted to ask before you buy the theme. I when I buy something I want to be sure of what I buy, I want to be able to decide to buy knowing all the pros and cons of what I buy, I do not like surprises (hidden) that are revealed to me only after the purchase. so if I want to recover as a customer (since you wrote me that it takes 5 minutes) I ask you to put all the look and feel of the current site on the new theme.

    I like the commercial transparency and I hate to buy something knowing only part of the information.
