You will not loose any data, you will have to redo menus and widgets.

widgets and menus are theme specific and changing theme always force you to put them back in place.
So you were told already, but you didn’t understand. That is not our fault!
We cannot do it for you, every time you have a problem. This is not the level of support that we provide.
If you need someone to help you out doing things on your behalf because you can’t do them by yourself, you will need to hire someone.
If you are not happy, activate back Supreme (that it was setup correctly by me) and we will refund GeoDirectory Framework.
