    Hi,
There were various basic functions/shortcodes with the Valenti theme for things like tabs, columns etc. in the text editor boxes but these have disappeared when using the GD Plugin – Is there anything that can be done to get these functions active again?
    Thanks in advance
    Simon

Do they come back if de-activating GD?
Are they gone only for GD posts or all posts and pages?
URL and admin details please. Thanks.

    HI,

sorry for the late reply, I didn’t get a notification of your reply.

Please provide a link for the topic you refer to, the id is not enough for us to search it.

I don’t think you can use theme options on the GD add listing form, but just to be clear, they don’t work in normal pages and posts too?

As Guust asked already, if you deactivate GeoDirectory, do they work again?

    Please let us know,

    Thanks

    Hi,
Link to topic is https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/theme-issue-follow-on-from-62951/ – Haven’t deactivated yet as presume I need to deactivate all parts before the main GD plugin so site down for a time. The bits that don’t work are just normal text editor functions I think which would be provided by shortcodes in the Valenti theme so guessing it’s related to the Cubell Theme plugin being deactivated.
    Cheers

    Hi,

I’m not sure there is anything we can do to fix that. This really goes beyond theme compatibility.

    Thanks
