Theme Customise Not working

Hi

I have installed Geo Directory Framework and the child theme. When I access the Theme Customiser it flashes up with an extensive menu, which then disappears and I am left with a short menu, where I can’t even change the site logo.

Geo Directory V Version 2.0.0.75

Attached copy of plugins installed.
