Theme license still unreolved

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hi,

    I did download the wp easy updates plugins and copy and paste the license key.
    Then i activate the license, but still license status is unknown
    Please help

    Hi there,

    Thanks for your reply. I’ve searched the older posts and it looks like you can’t auto-update child themes. Only parent theme and GD addons.
