    Hi,

I’m using the theme supreme directory and I can’t change a lot of the settings with the customizer. It’s shown in the customizer menu, I can change the values, but it takes no effects at the website. It’s not with every setting, but with a lot and also with important settings.
    See an example screenshot attached.
Is it a known error? I have the latest version of wp, gd, both themes and it’s not working. I know this error from my “old” site. Now it’s the same issue again.
last time I changed the css files directly, but it’s not the best way, if there’s a customizer option.
    Any ideas for support?
    Thanks!
    Regina

It’s working fine for me, see image.
Can you post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply please.
And also exactly what you are trying to change.
    Thanks

    Hi,

    I see everything working.

In home page the header is transparent no matter what. The only way to change it is to force it via CSS.

Let us know if you see anything else not working.

    Thanks

ok, thanks. that wasn’t clear, that the home page header is always transparent.

I expect the headline / sub headline on the header image of the start page disappearing with the option “don’t show title and subtitle”. It doesn’t. What happen’s instead?

That option hides title and subtitle that are normally below your logo, when there is no logo…

That heading and subtitle you can hide them with css.

    Thanks
