Theme X Shortcodes Not Working oon Geodirectory Pages

    I am using theme x. I want to use some of their shortcodes in the widget area in the geodirectory pages, but they do not work. The same shortcodes do work in widgets on other pages so it a geodirectory page issue. How can we fix that?

    We’ll need to have a look at the case. Please provide a link, admin credentials and an example where shortcodes are added and do not work.
