    Hi

    I get this error when trying to activate any plugin purchased via membership.

    There was an issue determining where GeoDirectory Plugin is installed and activated. Please install or activate GeoDirectory Plugin.

    When I then go back to the plugin page I can see that it is active, but I’m not sure if it worked. For example, the tabs for Custom Maps & Franchise Settings are blank.

    Could it be that the plugin folder is not ‘geodirectory’ as it must be? At some point we should try adding more info to that error, if possible.

    It could also be that you have a mismatch between GD version and addon version. Make sure you are using all GDV1 or all GDV2, not mixing and matching.

    If we need to check the settings please share WP Admin credentials and login URL in a private reply.

    I updated all plugins and it seems to have fixed the issue.
