thumbnail images not showing

    my thumbnail images are not showing for some listings I’ve uploaded. I’m using the same image across these listings for these as a default, but the image keeps dissapearing.

    My hosting provider told me to ftp the image back into the same folder as where the original image was, and it is now showing up in the listing itself, but not the thumbnail on search results.

    I’ve tried amending the tick box of lazy loading images (found in another help thread) but that’s not worked.

    All the listings that are missing the image are missing in both listing and detail as far as I can see.

    I checked Henry’s and the image is missing, with this URL:

    site../uploads/2018/10/cocktail-making-cropped.jpg

    Have you already tried uploading that image to that folder?

    The listings with missing images will continue to have issues until the images are added to the correct folder.

    You can export and then check the images and then upload them again. Try that and see if it fixes the issue. Images can’t be removed by importing again. On the import, just make sure you get the images in place. It cant hurt to try it with one or two listings.

    Some themes use different image sizes in different places, based on the WP Media settings for small medium large images.
