Time allowed to post event … how long?

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    I just was informed that a person was inserting an event posting and was taking their time. It may have been over 20 minutes. She went to post the event and clicked the publish. She did / does not remember if it was 20 or 30 minutes or if the event showed it published correctly but in any event it did not post.

    So it begs the question is there a certain time limit that I can educate the users on. She spent quite the time to make the event look very good.

    She is going to go through the process again and let me know how long it takes and if it posts or not. I will let you know.

    Ok, please let us know. Normally there is no limit for that, unless she cleared her cookies meanwhile.
