    Hello,

I installed geodirectory no problem, but I keep receiving timeout errors while installing the add-ons, I have installed all your plugins before and they run great but I had a conflict with rtmedia plugin which my theme uses so you suggested setting up a multisite which I have done but now I cant seem to install the additional add on plugins.

    Thanks brian

    Hi,

is GeoDirectory activated only on the subsite? (not network activated) Are you activating the add-ons the same way?

If this doesn’t help we will need url and admin credentials in a private reply.

    Let us know,

    Thanks

    Hi,

I can’t even get to the plugin page, I get:

    504 Gateway Time-out

The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.

Please contact your server admin and ask them to fix this problem.

    Thanks

Did he try to activate them all together?

He should 1st activate GeoDirectory, then all add-ons.

That plugin page: https://www.cafemoto.net/directory/wp-admin/plugins.php is still not loading, so there isn’t much I can do. Time out isn’t due to GeoDirectory, but to a server configuration problem, that is a regular WP page.

    Thanks

    Hi

just browsing for answers…i noticed since the licensing updates i get 504 errors almost every time for my plugins page/install/activation…but only since the new system in place never before :/

tried to create a brand new website and everything works fine. as soon as i start adding plugins after GD and GDF is activated all the other plugins giving me 504 errors. they are installed or activated in the background but i need to go to admin and load plugins page again to see this.

is there something wrong with the licencing ? causing a hangup for the site or so ?

    thanks

Nobody else reported this, so I believe this is a server problem, please open your own topics in cases like this and avoid posting off topic on someone else’s posts.

    Thanks
