Title not resizing for mobile

Hello,

if you check out: http://www.cotswoldalluredirectory.co.uk

and resize it to mobile, the “Cotswold Allure” Header Background at the top isn’t resizing for mobile,

it’s set to “inherit”

if i set it to contain, it stretches the Header Background across the whole page, then it resizes for mobile though,

I’m not sure how to get it to stay at the top right and resize for mobile

Any ideas?
