Language strings are always in the language file of the plugin that puts them there.
For example, your second image shows language strings from the “Embeddable Ratings Badge” addon.
In the first image, they are language strings from the “Compare Listings” addon.
The last image shows strings that come from your WP language file.

I looked in the folder: / wp-content / languages / plugins / that’s what I modify the file xxxxxxx-en_EN.po and .mo but I do not have plugins “geodir-compare” and “geodir – badge “I only have geodir-compare” in / wp-content / plugins / languages / with the file: geodir-compare-en_FR.po and .mo by geodir-listing? how do I do exactly what you have already said? geodir-compare-fr_US.po? I open it as trades and I register under geodir-compare-en_EN.po and .mo? that’s it?
and then I put in / wp-content / languages / plugins /?
how do i do for geodir-listing?
