Transfer Listing to User

    Hi,

    I have created several listings to our site (i’m an admin), how do i transfer the ownnership of that listing?
    for example, listing1, listing2 , listing3

    i want to transfer the owndership of listing1 to user1

    i tried changing the author but it wont let me. i’m doing this because most of our members dont have time to put their listings, i’m doing it for them.

    Hi Mona,

    Could you try bulk editing the listings and change the author from there? Check out this screenshot http://prntscr.com/f1cv0c . If it doesn’t work for you, please share WP temp admin access to your site so we can take a better look. You can post the details here using the private reply option below.

    Hi Mona,

    Looks like the s2membership plugin is preventing this. Could you check the settings? I’m not really familiar with the s2membership plugin, unfortunately.

    i did deactivate s2member to check but still cant change author/

    i get it now, only administrators can be authors, i guess i have to contact s2 about this . thank you
