    Hi,
can you please tell me from where I can translate/edit the placeholders from the login form (userswp) “Username or Email”. I’ve looked into the userswp plugin strings and also checked the UsersWP Form Builder but I can’t seem to find it.

Also when a new account is made and an email is sent to the user, I can’t translate some text in the email that’s being sent to the user.

These strings are not in the userswp mo/po

    Hi luca,

Just inspected the “Userswp” po file and I’m able to see the translations as shown in the attached screenshot. Could you double check?

Also, emails can be translated in “Notifications” as shown in the attached screenshot.

    Hello,

If there are untranslated strings showing in the interface, open the file in POedit and find the strings to translate them.
Save the files and upload the PO and MO files to the folder
    wp-content/languages/plugins/

    The process is described here:
    https://userswp.io/docs/translate/

You can also share the PO files here zipped and uploaded and we can take a look if there are strings that cannot be translated.

I’ve fixed it. I’ve removed the existing userswp.pot, replaced it with userswp-en_US.po and renamed it to userswp.pot, and now when I sync it, it has all the strings. Thanks
