    Hello,
    Not sure what is going on but I downloaded the PO files to translate my site http://www.directoriomediconacional.com and for some reason if I navigate to add a listing all seems to be modified and translated except for 2 fields, city and region.

    I re-downloaded the PO files and used the Find… tool to find all instances of both city and region in the file and all are translated.

    Any thoughts

    PS. I attached the PO files in case anyone wants to see them
