    How I can create tree relations for multilocations list?

    What I mean is location list tree which is OnChange on the fly by steps.
    For example:

    USA
    –> State
    —–> City

    Canada
    –> Province
    —–> City

    In demo it just all countries/regions/city each in one column.
    Maybe it’s good enogh for DEMO but it wouldn’t work properly for global directory with about 100 countries, 1,000 regions and 70,000 towns…

    Any advice?
