Trouble accessing my keys — 2 possible different accounts

    Hi,

    I can’t find my new keys. We used to have a (non-renewing) subscription under heather@seoadvantage.com.
    When it expired, we had to purchase a new (auto-renewing) subscription, and the email on the August 2 2019 invoice is gaby@seoadvantage.com.

    If I login with gaby@seoadvantage.com and view my “Profile”, the Primary Email Address displays heather@seoadvantage.com, and under downloads, all plugin says “Payment Status is Abandoned”.

    Hi,

    sorry about that, I totally missed this topic. You have both emails under the same customer ID. I’ve deleted the abandoned transaction, can you please check now if the problem is solved?
