trouble ordering category results logically

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    On this page: (http://operi.org/gd-home/) the “Districts” are ordered by the number of items in each District (category) but we need them to be ordered by name. (District 1, District 2, etc.) We haven’t figured out how to do this.

    Also, once you click on the category (http://operi.org/places/1/) are in order by when they were added. We wanted them ordered alphabetically. We’ve looked around the settings a lot and can’t find it.

    HI,

    if you used the popular category widget as I suspect that is not possible. As you said, that widget orders by popular (with most listings).

    You’ll need to customize the widget or create a new one to achieve that.

    If the number of district is limited and will not increase, you may be better off doing that list with static html and links.
