Trouble starting new account

We are having trouble with new members registering. When someone signs up they are able to sign up, and receive the “Your Log In Details – ADMIN BCC COPY” email, but when you go to login, an error of “Invalid username/password”.

When I tried it myself, I noticed that after I hit Register Now this page came up blank:

This is causing concerns as we can’t sign up new members.

All plugins are up to date.

You are using WordFence or some other plugin that directly blacklists your users. There is no need for such plugin normally.
This is the message I got: “ERROR: Access from your IP address has been blocked for security reasons. Please contact the administrator.”

If you post your WP admin details in a private reply we can check your settings, after you enabled my IP again 🙂
