Trouble uploading listings in csv

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Trying to upload listings.
    Downloaded libreoffice.
    Put everything in columns according to example download from listing in system.
    Saved as csv utf8 in libreoffice file.

    Trying to upload, getting error code: Array( [error] => Sorry, this file type is not permitted for security reasons.)x

    this is a bug in WordPress version 4.7.1. Please install this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/disable-real-mime-check/ as a temporary fix. More info here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/import-issue/#post-341940

    Question about uploading.

    I have approximately 12,000 listings to upload. I have a 4gb ram VPS that I am running this on.

    Do you think I can upload all 12,000 in one file? Or how many at a time can I get away with?

    If we need to look at anything, we will need URL and admin details, and maybe a [part of the] CSV file in question.
    Please include some direct links to listings so we don’t have to guess and search in your backend.
