trying to download and upload places scattered headings and data

    Hi as per a previous post i have downloaded the places file as a csv file to use as a template for a bulk import.
    have down loaded libre office as suggested and used the spread sheet as the editing format
    however the data bears no resemblance to the layout have zipped and added to this post

    when uploading it seems to throw an error when seeking a unique identity and imports multiple lines of the same information.
    can anyone help as to why
