Hi. I’m trying to separate the user registration page from the login page.
My opinion is that the easier the user registry is, the better the user registration rate I will have on my website. For that reason I really like the Geodirectory registration form (gd-login) as I have it in the following enalce: https://redsalud.com.sv/gd-login/
With this form, only the user’s full name and email address are requested and the system autotically generates the password.
However, I would like to have the registration forms of the login form separate.
I know that this can be achieved with the plugins: userswp.io, and I already tried it. But I can not avoid that in the form I would request a “Username” and when the user clicks on the add account button, it sends a message that produces confusion in the new user that says: “You seem like you Are you using a system generated password, please check the password in this page, search in the help forums of this plugins but I did not find something to talk about how to remove that message and how to avoid being asked for the username in the registration form. Exactly the same as this in the registration form that comes with geodirectory: (gd-login).
Where could I find this information?

    Hello,

It is not possible to split the login/registration page for GD without a customization.

If you are using UsersWP also, they should be set for different pages, so GD uses one, and UsersWP uses the other.

Right now, as far as I know, it is not possible to remove the password from the UsersWP registration page. However, you could rename/relabel ‘username’ to be ‘Full name’ so that you have Name, Email, and Password.

I am unaware of that error message being generated by UsersWP or GD, it is coming from another plugin.
