Unable add Social Media, URL, Phone, etc in New Location

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Our first foray into GeoDirectory was the GD Location Manager. We were able to add multi city businesses, their urls, phone, social media etc – no problem. Then we quickly realized we were better off getting the membership rather than just one plug-in.

    So we upgraded and now we are unable to add social media, phones, URLs, etc Only addresses.

    We tried deactivate/reactivate the location manager plug-in, typing in a new key, remove/reinsert the fields, nothing.
    We noticed the fields also don’t show in Events.

    We cant figure out how to get the fields back so we can add that data.
