Unable to Deactivate License to Update Number

    Hello,

    My old license expired, so I purchased a new one with a different interval, which resulted in brand new license keys. I was able to get all the license keys updated for my active Geodirectory plugins except for Social Importer. When I try to deactivate the license in order to change it so I can update the plugin, I get the browser warning: “Something went wrong!”

    Can you please help me get the license key updated?

    Hi,

    1) go to appearance > editor.

    2) Open the 404.php template of you theme. If you are using a child theme it’ll be in the parent theme, so select the parent theme.

    3) Edit the 404.php by adding this at the very top before any other code:

    4) 

    <?php delete_option( 'exup_keys'); ?>

    5) Now visit your website on a URL of a page that you know it doesn’t exist:

    example: yoursite.com/lkjvnafjkanlvkjan

    6) After doing that all your licenses will be gone and you can enter your new license keys.

    7) Finally make sure to remove the code paste in the 404.php or everytime someone visit a non existing page of your website, all your licenses will be erased.
