Unable to download v2 add ons

    Hi there,

    I am unable to download the v2 add ons from my account. My subscription was recently renewed (May 28th) for the next year, but when I try to download any item it just takes me back to my account, it doesn’t expose a download link.

    Hi Vanessa,

    there was a refunded transaction that was creating a conflict with your status. It should work now, please let me know if it doesn’t.
