Unable to install Event Manager

Hi, first congratulations on launch of GT, all looking great except Event Manager install failed as below:

Installing Plugin from uploaded file: geodir_event_manager_1.0.0.zip

Unpacking the package…

Installing the plugin…

The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.

Plugin install failed.

(I tried to install using WP plugin upload).

Looking forward to hearing from you
