Everytime there are updates, I cannot install them. Please see previous post from May/June.
This is getting very frustrating as there is still no resolution.
Before you ask, all the licenses are installed and accurate.

When I click ‘Update Now’ it tells me:
    Update Failed: Download failed. Unauthorized

    See attached

    Please advise.
    Thanks,
    Domenic

Also, I’m having issues with some NON-GD plugins.
I was told by the developer it was because GD was using an older version of jquery.

Do these latest updates use the latest version of jquery?

Can you post URL and admin details, please.
I alerted Stiofan to have a closer look.

Can you de-activate all licenses and activate them again.
And then update, it should work according to my test.

You are welcome, just FYI if someone reads this, the problem was caused by the licenses being activated for the staging website and not again on the live website.

When a website is developed on a staging website and than moved to the live site, or the domain is changed at a certain point, the licenses must be deactivated and reactivated for the new domain, otherwise our server will see it as an unauthorized request of updates.

    Thanks
