No I have not done anything. The issue doesn’t happens every time, but happens a lot. I’m not sure what causes it.
We are testing this with customers using different devices. After we receive several comments, new customers can no longer add comments. Then after a while the issue disappears.

weird, I will not able fix it until can reproduce it on local site anyhow. I will try to reproduce it with several cases.

We cannot fix something we cannot see. Several of us tested this and we were not able to recreate the issue reliably.

The issue is not because of customizing. I have this issue since the beginning and when I was using the basic theme. So please have a look at the core code.
Can you share a staging site so we can take a look and switch the theme?
You have 2 custom shortcodes there, one splitting the review form off and customizing it.
I have hired a developer and found that there is an issue with the original theme with iPhone 6s/7s/6s+/7s+ .
