Unable to post using mobile phone

    Hello,

    We have done some tests on our listing website and noticed that, users and non users cannot post any comments or reviews using the mobile phone. However, when accessing from a desktop or laptop it works.
    Would appreciate your help and support.

    Seems ok. Can you say what kind of phone might recreate the issue?

    We tried using different iPhones and using an andriod Tablet. Non of them worked.

    Hi Ali,

    Thanks for your reply. I’ve just tested on Mobile IOS Safari and the “Post Review” button is not responding to tap/click. Could you share your Website WP admin access here in private reply so that I could troubleshoot this further for you?

    Hi Ali,

    I just tested it on android and it work perfect.
    I also tested on local and other setup but havent found anywhere else.
    I can reproduce it on iPhone devices.
    can you please provide the FTP details. so I can proceed further.

    Hi Ali,

    I just checked on IOS devices and different browsers.
    I was not able to reproduce the issue now.

    so have you fixed it or it may be just a cache issue.
