Unable to select listing category

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hi guys, I can’t publish new listings because it won’t let me select a category – when I try to select one from the dropdown nothing happens.

    Changing the custom field to SELECT instead of AJAX fixes it, but I don’t know why.
    Have you installed any new plugins?

    Thanks, but now I can only select 1 category? I’d like to be able to select the main category as well as a subcategory.

    I recently installed a couple of contest plugins, “contestfriend for WordPress” and “Contests by Rewards Fuel” – I have just deactivated them.

    The de-activating of the plugins did not really fix it, I now set it to MULTISELECT but still do not know why AJAX CHAINED does not work. Let’s ask Paolo to have a look.

    Hi Adele,

    the ajax call to select the category is working, but the response is not appended.

    I think we’ll need FTP access too.

    We’ll also need to momentarely disable all non GD plugins.

    Just FYI.
