Unable to update plugins

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    I am running 1.5.8 and STILL have not been able to update the following plugins: GeoDirectory Advance Search Filters
    GeoDirectory Custom Google Maps
    GeoDirectory Custom Post Types
    GeoDirectory Events

    I have found the correct account (reachme@cfigueroa.com and have been able to update the core plug in but these four plugins return the following message:
    An error occurred while updating GeoDirectory Advance Search Filters: Login details for GeoDirectory failed! Please check GeoDirectory>Auto Updates and that your membership is active. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
    My membership is active until April.
    Please help.

    Hi,

    you had a wrong licence key entered in gd > auto updates. I’ve used mine and updated the plugins.

    Now please go to gd > auto updates / licencing and enter the new licences that you find here:

    https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/members/cfigueroa/downloads/

    Using the new licences will work from now on.
