Unexpected search behaviour

    Sorry for the vague title, not sure how to describe this. Or if it’s a search issue or multi location issue so sorry if it’s in the wrong place.

    This issue has just been brought to my attention by someone searching my directory which is https://helpwildlife.co.uk/rescue-directory/map/

    If she types in ‘Ludlow’ (a UK town) and does not select the autocompleter option which comes up, the search goes off to somewhere in the US and says no results found.

    However, if I pick Ludlow (City) from the autocomplete, it only shows me one result. No matter how wide I expand my search, only one result will show. It seems to want to only show results IN Ludlow rather than near it as well.

    Grateful for any advice on how to solve this.
