Update failed, Download failed, Unauthorized

Hello,
I am trying to update plugins and I am getting this error when trying to update the Franchise Manager Add-On
“Update failed, Download failed, Unauthorized”
I was successful in updating the main Geo Directory Plugin but the above error happens with the Franchise add-on as well as the GeoDirectory Location Manager and GeoDirectory Advance Search Filters

Please advise
