Update not possible – unauthorized

    Hi
    I just wanted to update all GeoDirectory plugins that I use but unfortunately, it is not possible as I seem to be unauthorized. I guess the problem could be that I have changed my Website but I have no clue where I can adjust this setting. Is it somewhere within the profile?

    Hi,

    currently all your licenses are only active for the old website: jorgedae.myhostpoint.ch/

    You need to go to Auto Updates / Licensing and deactivate and reactivate the licenses to activate them for the new domain too.

    Thank you for your advice! I will do the described steps.
    In the meantime I have detected a fatal error but I will open a new ticket for that.

    The fatal error is most likely due to add-ons not updated running on latest core plugin…
