    Hi websitu,

I remember john mentioning something about this, i think it is somehow theme related (maybe you can confirm) i have flagged this for him, let’s see what he says first.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan

I have checked through the Genesis plugin and the GeoBold theme and we are not using that function check in either, so it doesn’t look like the theme is the culprit – does this only happen with the latest version of location manager, not after the main core upgrade?

    OK sorry John, my mistake!

I can only think of a few reason this would happen.

#1 you have an old version of core installed
#2 your core pluign is in a strange folder name or and extra folder
#3 you have something changing the load order of your pluings

    Do any of these apply?

Everything was working fine before upgrade

Installed the update but then went straight to updating the additional plugin add-ons so I do not know if the update with the old location manager worked.

The path of the folder is shown above – wordpress is installed in its own directory.

everything updated last time with no issue and I am not aware of anything changing the order of installation – again nothing has been added since the last update which went fine.

    Any ideas why?

I have tried changing themes – still get error

Cant deactivate location manager it just goes white screen

So had to ftp into plugins and remove location manager – which then produced the error shown

Fatal error: Call to undefined function geodir_is_page() in /home/builder/public_html/hub/wp-content/plugins/geodir_ajax_duplicate_alert/geodir_ajax_duplicate_alert.php on line 422

Deactivated this from back end to get this :-

Fatal error: Call to undefined function geodir_get_current_posttype() in /home/builder/public_html/hub/wp-content/plugins/geodir_advance_search_filters/geodirectory_advance_search_function.php on line 1309

Deactivated this from back end to get this :-

Fatal error: Call to undefined function geodir_is_page() in /home/builder/public_html/hub/wp-content/plugins/geodirectory-genesis-compatibility-pack/geodir_genesis_compatibility.php on line 119

Deactivated this from back end to get this :-

Fatal error: Call to undefined function geodir_get_current_posttype() in /home/builder/public_html/hub/wp-content/plugins/geodir_autocompleter/geodir_autocompleter.php on line 122

finally after this one no more errors

    Any ideas?

I have just un installed everything and then re installed everything and now back to normal – but obviously now have to rebuild everything

What would cause this? need to have some idea as I dont want to go through this again when updating.

These are all core functions, so it is core related, my reasons above are still my best guess.

If it happens again please provide FTP so we can have a look.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan
