    Hi, I am having trouble updating any Geodirectory plugins other than the core GeoDirectory. The licenses I have in my dashboard are different than the ones showing in my WPGeodirectory support account. Thanks.

    No, but I did have an instance of my membership not showing active and it was fixed on your side. Perhaps that is the cause? If so, what’s the process?

    Have you tried deactivating and then adding ur new licences and reactivating?

    I tried in the geodirectory autoupdates/licensing section and it said to contact support. I should now try in the WP dashboard for plugins?
