updating custom form field is not working

    Hello Everyone,

    I have installed Geo-directory and all functionalities are working fine.
    However if I add any custom form field under Business Settings and trying to update the same its not updating or saving the values.
    Also, if I want to show any custom form fields for advance search its not working as well.

    Hi Muhammad,

    I’ve just tested it again and I’m able to see the console error after a few retries http://prntscr.com/gwhyyr . I’ll forward this to a developer for further assistance. While waiting, could you possible try deactivating all non-gd plugins and see if it fixes the issue you had there?

    Hi Muhammad,

    We need FTP credentials to look into because there seems conflicts during updating field.
    Please provide FTP credentials so we can look into more.

    It seems you have made changes in GeoDirectory plugin core files. We not provide support if plugin core files are modified. Please read our support policy: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support-policy/

    Also, you are using too out dated version of GeoDirectory & its plugin, please update them. Follow this post to know how to update out dated plugins: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/footer-missing/#post-387740
    After updating try without modifying files and if you see problem, just let us know we will assist you more.
