Why when upgrading plugins fail when we have valid license. We are forced to deactivate and re- enter license keys before upgrading. Please advise. This has happened on two sites we recently updated.

WordPress Easy Updates makes it possible to automatically update the premium addons and we are continuously improving it. We are working on making it better all the time.

I will flag your question for the developers so they can let us know about this particular issue.

If you can replicate the issue again just let me know.
All the issues i have seen have been user issues but you have a full membership and no expired keys so you should be all good. If it happens again let me know and i’ll investigate.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan
