Updating/Acount Issue

    Hi there

    I originally signed up for 4 months with GD and ave incorporated it into my website (which is still in development). I know my 2nd instalment of ¢60 didn’t process correctly due to a problem with my bank.

    I now want to update all my GD plug-ins. Most are out of date and I have a couple of issues that need resolving.

    It doesn’t say my licence key under Auto Updates and won’t allow me to buy a new subscription, so I am a little confused about how to update all my GD plug ins at once – safely.

    Please could you advise me

    Hi,

    you should be able to see your order history and old license key to renew here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/checkout/purchase-history/

    The expired license key for your last membership (not the one that was refunded), is 3c45bf319f4fa0b9c44ee5b10612885f

    Now you should go to: https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/membership-4-months/

    Add the membership to the cart and go to the check out page. In the check out page there is a link: Click to renew an existing license

    Click on it and enter your old license key. That should reactivate all your old licenses.
