Upgrade to V2 or Clean Installation?

    Hi there,

    I’ve been developing a website with v1 on Localhost but it’s not finished and there are not actually many lists on it. However, I have created Custom Post Types, changed settings and also have a few CSS snippets.
    Also, I have seen that some developers are struggling with the migration, so I’m a bit scared about upgrading GeoDirectory v1 to v2.

    Do you think in my case it’s better to perform a clean installation and start from scratch?

    Hi Tomas Canale,

    Thanks for your post. If your site is still new, we suggest that you start new using GDv2. But keep in mind that you’ll need to have an activate subscription to download our GDv2 plugins and activations for auto updates.
