I upgraded to wordpress 4.7.3 and yes did it without backing up. I know big mistake. I don’t think theres a major issue but think possibly one of the geo plugins or css is messing the site up. No major errors just the layout is messed up.

Anyway I have deactivated all plugins 1 by 1 and nothing was fixed. So I am stuck now. I deleted any custom code in the css and still nothing. Can one of you check out the site to see if you can spot the issue and at the very least point me in the right direction?

Also for your knowledge if I activate a regular basic wordpress theme the site loads as far as I can tell fine. So there is some sort of conflict with the geo1280 theme and/or genesis. But thats just a guess.

    Hi Jamie,

That came from the plugin named “rtMedia Likes”, could you please check on the configuration?

    Thanks!

Ah ok I will take a look. Thats so much for your help! Is there a way I can look this up myself? I am using the Inspect Element function on my browser is this how you are finding what is causing issues or am I missing something else?

    Hi Jamie,

It’s not displaying an error so I just identify the plugin for you using the “Inspect Element” and since it’s a 3rd party plugin, you’ll have to fix it on your end.

    Thanks!

    Hi Jamie,

Can’t seems to find any issues on the backend or frontend and everything seems updated and working fine. Are you still having issues with GD?

    Thanks!

No all good now, I think what might have caused the issues after you uploaded the theme again and fixed the styles error was a new backup system I installed so it backups to another server so I can hit a button and restore the previous version of the install. All is good now I believe and THANKS so much for the great work you guys do here!
