Upload duplicated

    Good morning,

    i uploaded 10k records over night and this morning 20k have uploaded. looking at the times of entries there were actually 2 uploads running simultaneously (not sure how this is possible) and has created 10k duplicates.

    Is there any other way to delete these duplicates other than the ‘Places’ interface.
    For example any link to data tables where i can just delete the last uploaded file?

    Hello,

    I do not know of another option. I will flag your question for the developers. They would probably like to take a look at your site, especially if it might be possible to recreate the error. Please share your site details if you would like them to take a look, along with FTP if possible.

    Hello Iain,

    May be the csv import run process twice.
    You can delete duplicates only manually from admin or from database directly.

    Or delete all places and run import again.

    Let us know if this happens again.

    Thanks Kiran,

    I’ll delete them manually then.

    The times of individual records that were duplicated were in seconds of each other so there was two imports running simulraniously.

    I’ll post here if it happens again.
