upload multirating plugin – website blank white

    Hello there,

    I just tried to upload and activate the multirating plugin. The second I activated it my Website went blank white and it still is. No chance open the Login-page. What happened? Does it have to do with the plugin?
    Help!

    Hi birgit,

    Thanks for your post. We’ll need FTP access to your server to deactivate the plugin. Looks like you’ve activated the wrong plugin for your GD setup. Did you download the v2 version of the multirating plugin? Also, could you provide both Wp and FTP access in private reply so that we could check this out for you?
