Urgent – Locked out

    Can’t login anymore. Can’t reset password. User is valid in the database. How can I turn off geodirectory login in the backend?

    Hi,

    I’m not sure I understand what you mean, can you not visit wp-login.php? If you can’t it is because you have either a function or a plugin redirecting it.

    I was able to visit wp-login.php? and get in that way but the front end reset password still doesn’t send emails.

    Reset password through /my-account/lost-password/ works but not /login/ but both say it ‘sent’

    Hi,

    i just tested on several tests websites and it works everywhere. Please install the email log plugin and check if an email is logged. If it is, the problem is in the server.

    Well password recovery and logging in work again although the password recovery now sends a new password instead of a link…
