    Hello, users can successfully login to our site and view their listings. When they go to update the listing however, after you submit, the updates do not show up. Like changing their email address, updating their social media links or trying to rearrange their images to a certain order. I have tested it on our listing on their site as well and found the same issues.

    Please let me know if you need a login to our site.

    Hi Adam,

    Sorry for the issue. I have just commented this line in wp-config.php
    define(‘WP_POST_REVISIONS’, 10);
    Seems good now. You can update listings.

    We are working on compatibility with post revisions.
    We will update you once we fixed it.

    Hey Naveen,

    We are still experiencing problems, I cannot update or create any new or existing listings in the backend.

    Thanks-
    Adam

    Hi Adam,

    I have done some debugging and found something conflicts that prevents saving GD data.
    If you have staging/test site then provide us details so we can check there by disabling non-db plugins there to check what causing conflicts. Or allow use to disable non-Gd plugins on your live site.

    Thanks,
    Kiran

    Hi Adam,

    On staging site i have disabled non-GD plugins and activated WordPress default theme. No new listings and edit listings(which are created after issue fixed) are saves data successfully.

    I am trying to log queries to find actual problem but debug.log not have any affect. If above FTP credentials are not for staging site then provide FTP for staging site to find actual reason and apply patch on your production site.
